The People

Hello and thanks for stopping by! I created this blog to be an encouragement to all those out there who are battling with their weight, whether it's one pound or 1000. I have lost quite a bit in the past and have tried many many diets. (The program I am using now is more of a lifestyle change than a diet) I know how difficult it can be and how lonely at times. So together let's go all the way to our goal! It's not impossible, millions of people have lost it and kept it off for many years. If you need help, encouragement, ideas or anything else on this journey I'm willing to help you any way I can. If you've already traveled this long road and would like to stick around and be an encouragement to the rest of us that would be great too!

I'll be posting pictures (hopefully weekly) of myself as well as stats on my progress as I weigh in each week so check back often. And please leave me LOTS of comments (no meanies please, I'll be forced to block and report you). If you have any questions feel free to ask them here. I'll do my best to keep it a safe place for all and together we will get where we are going, one step at a time.
