The loveliness of weight loss

Hi everyone,  it's weigh in day!  For me anyway.  I'm down 2.4 more pounds this week for a grand total of 8.8 all together.  I'm starting to feel it a little in my clothes which were WAY too small.  Here's today's picture:
2.4 pounds gone!

This week has been a little more challenging but not difficult.  I was SUPER hungry three days out of the week so I had to do some quick fruit and veggie buying to get through it.  I love that fruit and veggies are ZERO points on Weight Watchers Points Plus.  Very helpful to me.
Today we are headed to my Husband's parents house where there will be a three person Birthday party on Saturday with loads of cake, ice cream and junk food.  Help me Lord.  ;0)  Please pray for me when you think about it over the weekend.  Traveling is difficult for food anyway and then to throw a huge bash on top of it with lots of people who love to eat.  OOOO EEEE.  But I know with the Lord's help I can keep my mouth shut and only fill it with good stuff and a few non good items with my weekly points allowance.  (gotta love that FOURTY NINE points huh?!)
Well, I have a million things to do today but I wanted to get this out for you guys.  Please let me know how you are doing and if you have any special requests as far as content for the blog.  Thanks everyone!

Hi, inspiring! I start Zumba class next week so I hope to get more inspired to do more on the food end of things soon.

My thought process is this. We gain weight a bit at a time, an ounce here and there...it's not steady every day. And we always lose weight! We just need to move back from regaining it all the time. So I think my next effort will be to establish a weight loss DAY once a week. Very low cal, high exercise. Just one day. I think I can live with that.
